Customization Process

Requirement Communication
We engage in in-depth discussions with clients to clarify lubricant type (full synthetic, semi-synthetic, etc.), target applications (family cars, heavy trucks, racing cars, etc.), core performance requirements (anti-wear, high-temperature oxidation resistance, low-temperature fluidity, etc.), and branding and packaging preferences, thoroughly analyzing their needs.
Solution Quotation
Based on the requirements, we calculate the costs of base oils (PAO, esters, etc.) and additives (anti-wear agents, detergents, etc.). Taking into account production scale and packaging specifications, we develop a detailed customization proposal with a transparent pricing structure.
Solution Development
We refine the lubricant formulation, plan the production process (blending, homogenization, filtration, etc.), and simultaneously implement packaging design (bottle shape, labeling, box size, etc.) to create a complete and executable production plan. Sample Confirmation: Small batches of samples are produced and performance is verified through laboratory physical and chemical testing (viscosity, flash point, total base number, etc.) and on-vehicle simulation testing. Based on customer feedback, adjustments are made to meet product requirements.
Contract Signing
After sample confirmation, a formal contract is signed, clarifying the oil specifications, order quantity, delivery cycle, quality standards, and the responsibilities of both parties.
Mass Production
Large-scale production begins. Formula ratios are precisely controlled using automated blending equipment. Oil synthesis and bottling are completed in a clean environment. Production parameters are monitored throughout the entire process to ensure batch consistency.
Quality Inspection and Shipping
Each batch of products undergoes rigorous quality inspection (internal multi-dimensional testing plus third-party certification testing, such as API and ACEA standards). Upon passing the inspection, the product is shipped via the customer's designated logistics system to ensure safe delivery.
